 Airspace around Kuala Lumpur International Airport will be closed for 6 days starting from the 26th; passengers need to arrive 4 hours early



In conjunction with Malaysia's 68th National Day celebrations, the airspace around Kuala Lumpur International Airport will be closed daily from 8 AM to 12 PM from August 26 to 31.

Malaysia Airlines issued a statement saying the company will adjust flight schedules during this period, which will affect flights departing from and arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The statement reminds all passengers departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to arrive at the airport 4 hours before the adjusted flight time to allow sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.

Meanwhile, Malaysia Airlines has listed all affected flight dates on its official website and reminds passengers to confirm they have all necessary travel documents before departure and to verify immigration regulations through official channels.
